What we collect

Your name and email address, the name you want on your font, and the photos of handwriting you upload. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Our websites are hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.

How we use it

Only to build and deliver your font, answer your questions and keep records the law requires. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use your handwriting or font for anything else, including advertising or examples, unless you give us written permission.

How long we keep it

We delete your photos and our working copies 90 days after we deliver your font. We keep order records (name, email, what you bought, when) for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Email craig@helmreichtypeco.com to get a copy of what we hold about you or to have it deleted sooner.
